I’ll look through what you send and explain how I see the cards—what I’d offer to buy them, or how I’d approach selling them for you. You can ask questions and decide whether the deal works for you.

With consignment, I sell your cards for you. We agree on the fees and how the cards will be sold before getting started. You receive the sale proceeds after the agreed costs, with payment received within seven business days of sale.

Before you send anything, we agree on the cards included, delivery, and payment. For consignment, we also agree on the fees and how the cards will be sold.
A few things you might be wondering.
What cards do you buy?
Mainly ’90s basketball: Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal, Penny Hardaway, Tim Duncan, Allen Iverson, and other players from the era. I also consider select cards from the ’70s, ’80s, and early 2000s.
What if I don’t know what they’re worth?
Send photos anyway. You don’t need to price the cards or make a complete inventory before we talk. Collections around $1,000 and up are my usual focus, but a few desirable cards can be worthwhile too.
Will you buy the whole collection?
I buy whole collections when they suit what I’m looking for. If I’m interested in only part of yours, I’ll tell you exactly which cards the offer covers.
Will I get more money by consigning?
It depends on the sales and the fees. Selling to me gives you an agreed purchase price. Consignment means your payout depends on what the cards sell for after agreed costs. We can talk through both before you choose.
When do I get paid?
For a purchase, we agree on when you’ll be paid before completing the deal. Immediate payment is possible in some cases. For consignment, you receive payment within seven business days of sale. That period starts when the cards sell, rather than when they arrive.
