This website is operated by Court Era Cards, a business that buys and consigns basketball cards. Contact details for the business appear in the footer and at the end of this notice once they are configured.
Information you submit
When you send collection details, you choose what to include. The form asks for:
- Your name, email address, and, if you prefer a call or text, a phone number.
- Your state or ZIP code, so shipping or a meeting can be discussed.
- A description of the cards, an optional era, and an optional estimated value.
- Any photos you choose to attach.
- Whether you are considering an outright sale, consignment, or want help deciding.
A full home address is not requested. Please do not include payment details or identification documents. The form includes a hidden field that is never shown to you; it is used only to detect automated spam submissions.
How inquiries are handled
Submitted details are used to review your collection and contact you about fit, questions, and possible next steps, using the contact method you chose. Submitting the form does not enroll you in marketing emails or texts.

Inquiries will be processed with the help of service providers. The form provider is Formspree (Formspree, Inc.), which receives the submission and any photos you attach directly from your browser and stores them on its systems. Formspree sends a notification to the business’s email address, and inquiry details are copied into a private Google Sheet held in the business’s own Google account for simple tracking. These providers process the information on the business’s behalf under their own terms. The forms are not accepting submissions yet, so nothing has been collected through this website to date.
